The doujinshi section of ID contains front cover scans, back cover scans, and sometimes a snapshot of the interior of the doujinshi.
There are a few doujinshi which are available for part or complete downloads in the original Japanese and/or an English translation. These translations are done by the translation group Needless Meat Anxiety, who you should contact if you wish to use the scanlations for anything other than your own personal amusement.
